What are your thoughts on the new Robert Plant album, Carry Fire? (Apologies if there’s already a Robert Plant thread, I couldn’t find one though)
I’m absolutely in love with The May Queen, but I’ve not listened to the whole album yet, only a few tracks.

WeepingAtlasCedarsI've been up on the mountain, and I've seen his wondrous grace,
I've sat there on the barstool and I've looked him in the face.
He seemed a little haggard, but it did not slow him down,
he was humming to the neon of the universal sound.

I listened to it a few nights ago, and I really liked it. It had that Robert-flavour, with his poetic lyrics and such, however there was also a pinch of uniqueness and difference as well, I found. Bluebirds Over the Mountain quite surprised me, with the electric-ish sound, but I think it worked! I think right now the title track and The May Queen are my favourites.
Overall, I thought it was a nice album.
