Ahhh Girl I hope her therapy appointment went well.
@Rube, the first one was ok. The session yesterday really hurt her. At one point she had tears running found her face and told the dude she couldn’t keep raising her leg like he was asking her to. Surely that can’t be right.

Offline Word of advise, if you use Airbnb try to make friends with the hosts. We stayed at a nice beach house a few years back and went out for sunset cocktails with the owners. Now they call us every once in a while when they have cancellations or open dates (outside of the App at 1/2 the usual cost). It has been 100d this week where I live, so I’ve been at the coast since Tuesday. I ran out of the house with out my computer charging cord, but other than that it was great staring at the ocean for a few days.

Offline The mass shooting that happened at the 4th of July parade in Highland Park, Illinois happened feet away from my company’s office. Because of this, the office is closed due to it being part of a crime scene. So work has been crazy exhausting because so many people have been forced to take time off. Thankfully, I work from home, but I’m so busy as a result of all this.

Ahhh Mom had her knee replacement surgery on Wednesday. She is in so much pain. I hate to see her like this. Her first therapy appointment is at 1 today.

Offline Sitting Hiding in an English heatwave at 25°c. I’m from Scotland where 16°c gets us out saying it’s a wonderful day so this is silly. Been here for 10 days and had about 40 minutes of rain.

Offline I’ve booked to go to Liverpool in a few weeks for four nights and I am staying in the actual Beatles hotel. Will happily walk around Liverpool and worship where all the history took place.

I get excited seeing a Beatles picture in a shop or hearing a song play anywhere, not sure how I will survive being surrounded by everything.

Offline Enjoying my extended time away from home. Fabulous time sitting outside at night and aside from some of the women’s football I’ve seen about 2 hours of tv in almost two weeks. Brilliant.
I love sitting outside with music on either on my phone or laptop relaxing whilst thinking about life going forward.

Offline My extended stay is extended until Saturday when hopefully everything is back to some normality.
