That would drive her to insanity, no joke. I don’t think she realizes that I more or less listen to the same songs every single day.
haha that used to drive my mum crazy… a bit like jelly babies, she liked ’em at first but then I listened to them so much she went right off the Beatles! Since I’ve diversified my listening/got into the habit of using headphones more often, she doesn’t mind the Beatles anymore.

Offline Tomorrow is the 25th Anniversary of the death at the age of 32 of the man I consider my favourite ever comedian, William Melville Hicks.
Tonight, my first night out this year, I went to see American: The Bill Hicks Story at the Curzon in Soho, with a Q&A with its directors, the director of the film of one of his greatest shows, Revelations, and (via Skype) his brother, Steve.
A great night.
Bill was easily the greatest comedian of his generation, and I recommend any of you who haven’t seen him in action, you should (noting that his comedy is sometimes offensive, sometimes very offensive).
