I dreamed my wife took me to a sword maker. We found him in a tent. I expected him to ask us how he could help us, but he just ignored us until I began describing the sword I wanted made. I wanted a silver sword, Excalibur style (whatever that is--I know how it looks in movies). The man was bald and muscular. Somehow I think this dream means something good.

Hmm, intriguing @Expert Textpert...

I dreamt me and my family (all four of us this time) went to Boston. While there, I saw a street that was named after Cynthia Lennon, which @Ahhh Girl had mentioned on the forum recently. It was a block over from a street named after John Lennon .

I had a dream that Ron Nasty decided to print out all of the canon polls instead of using the link

I was like 'no! That is so much more work!'

So I tried getting people to use the online form but it too late. So I had to collect and scan online all of the canon polls.

Joe decided to remove the rules.

I and another user made posts about how libraries are dumb that Ahhh Girl edited to read 'this post was deleted by a mod'

Then multiple parody threads were made.

Joe probably regreted that decision.

@sir walter raleigh and I (along with someone else that I don't remember) were set to play a concert of sorts together. Even though we had our gear all with us (he had a Telecaster and I had Cymbaline), I was still very nervous, because a) I had no idea what we were going to play, b) I really can't play anything too well in the first place, and c) we were supposed to play that day and we had exactly 0 rehearsal time. a-hard-days-night-ringo-12

Then, during a break (near the stage; a couple hours before the concert), sir walter went over to some blonde lady, said a cheesy pick-up line, and was promptly told to get lost. In order to try and help the situation, I offered him an opportunity to practice pick-up lines on me.

I dreamed that Star Wars was being filmed -- one of the recent episodes, where Princess General Leia and Han Solo meet each other again for the first time in years, except there was more shooting in my dream than there actually was in the movie. Anyway, they were filming this scene when all of a sudden 'Lazarus' David Bowie popped out of somewhere and started wandering around the set, staying just out of the way of the cameras' line of sight, but still generally being underfoot and everyone was like, 'Bowie what are you doing here get off our set'. He looked very ghostly so it was twice as unnerving.

Later, I dreamed that I was having lunch and we had some hot dogs and buns. There were two buns in a plastic bag, and I picked them up and held them to me like large pillows, which was what they felt like, and these apparently lighter-than-air buns lifted me right Off The Ground . 'HEY LOOK, I'M A ZEPPELIN!' I cried as I floated about the room. ahdn_ringo_09

I’m not too great with pickup lines, I would usually hope to use music. a-hard-days-night-john-1I’m sure we could have figured out some Beatles to play.

Two fabulously interesting bits of my last night's dreamings involved wonderful-to-varying-degrees reunion concerts:

-- from Led Zeppelin -- this one apparently took place in 1988, although it seemed to be based upon the supposedly atrocious 1985 Live Aid reunion, but despite my time-traveller's knowledge of how badly this concert was received, I enjoyed it immensely nonetheless (the only song I distinctly recall being played was 'Kashmir', but there were others) and even exchanged a few lines with Jimmy Page after the show, complaining about the increasing ubiquity of modern technology, to which I, with my 21st-century prescience, replied, 'You have no idea'; a-hard-days-night-paul-7

-- and Pink Floyd (classic lineup: Gilmour, Mason, Waters, Wright -- this one was probably based upon the Floyd's Live 8 reunion), which, while I don't recall distinctly what was played, I do recall that it was truly Glorious in every way -- even though, after Roger Waters asked the audience what we wanted them to play, and we (myself loud among them) chanted, 'ECHOES, ECHOES', and he promised they'd play that after a short break... they just sagged off. a-hard-days-night-paul-10 I told them that that simply meant that they'd have to get back together again and play 'Echoes' this time.

Then my dreamings went off in other directions which I won't get into here because it was very involved, but I did dream of 'Comfortably Numb' at least twice.

I wouldn’t be surprised if you had vividly dreamed a full 30 minute Echoes Jam. I’ve done similar things myself.

I wish I had! But instead, I dreamed a full 7 minute Comfortably Numb... twice. a-hard-days-night-john-6

But I often dream real songs in vivid detail, whether I'm hearing them, playing them, or some strange combination.

I had a dream last week where Joe and the Mods decided to make All Together Now a part of the forum that required people to have certain credentials in order to post there. All of the same old threads still existed, but nobody could post there, not even Joe or the Mods. The only exception was for @Starr Shine?, who was the only one to have met all the requirements. ahdn_paul_01

I always have a dream about my teeth falling out. It's weird and random. I have no idea why,as it's not something I've ever worried about as I've been going about my day,or any other time come to that. It's not just one or two teeth that fall out either. It's always the majority of them. Very strange ahdn_paul_01a-hard-days-night-paul-4

I've had a few dreams like that in the past. My dad said it was a dream most usually had when one is worried about one's appearance.

It may be so, because when I had the dreams, I was overly concerned with the way I looked. Nowadays I'm satisfied with my appearance almost without exception, and I haven't had the dream in ages. a-hard-days-night-paul-7
