Well, technically, a 20-year-old dating a 19-year-old would be an ephebophile. The terms apply to adults. But I suppose a 16-year-old attracted to John Lennon would be a teleiophile.

Offline It wouldn’t surprise me if a good few famous names were bedding willing 15-year-old girls (or boys) back in the old times. Most adults would have been horrified the girl (or boy) was having sex not that it was with an adult. I’d be surprised if there was such a common term as, or widespread thinking of a paedophile back then but I could be wrong. I’m not an expert on the history of paedophilia thru the ages.

I don’t worship The Beatles, especially not John Lennon , and I would never go around telling people to be more like him. I am a fan of some of their beliefs and some aspects of their personalities (and their faces), but the main thing for me is their music. I’m not on the wrong forum.
But anyways, nine fun facts about unknown
1. I love Converse shoes and I would wear them with pretty much anything.
2. My two dogs are my best friends and also the two cutest living beings on this planet.
3. My bedroom is Beatles-themed.
4. I very violently abhor flip flops.
5. I got a haircut in January that went like four inches past my shoulders and it made me really sad that it wasn’t long anymore, so I’ve been growing it out since then and don’t plan on cutting it short ever again (or at least until I’m old).
6. I love the Jonas Brothers and cried when they broke up.
7. I really like the wheel, but it took me three years of practice to make something perfectly centered without help. It was perfect, but when the person who unloaded the kiln took it out, they dropped it and it broke. ):
8. I’ve been getting into Bob Dylan recently, and while a couple years ago I wasn’t a big fan of his voice, it has grown on me.
9. I feel that I am running out of time in life.

Offline As was very sensibly said to me years back when you start dividing up musicians into approved listening categories by their crimes where do you stop? Is Michael Jackson banned from your iPod (or whatever device); cleared thru buying off witnesses? Jerry Lee Lewis married his 14(?) year old cousin. Chuck Berry has a whole list of run-ins with the law. Lauren Hill jailed for tax evasion. Gary Glitter is one who no one will admit to liking never mind listening to.
It starts getting very messy and before you know it you will be wrapped up in knots whist listening to Cliff (if you don’t buy into the accusations he was cleared of).

Offline I have no problem with anyone’s personal opinion. My problem is when people like Piggy Dragon person try to enforce their opinions on you. I made the mistake of friending her on Facebook and she had the audacity to post on my Facebook wall that Elvis is a pedophile. When I unfriended her, she had the further audacity to send me a message saying she was just trying to educate me.
Now that she can no longer contact me on Facebook, she decided to pop up here and casually state that Elvis is a pedophile again. She is a troll. And I have stated that if she continues her personal campaign I am reporting her to the mods.

As much as I would like to force some of my opinions on to people, I understand that others have different opinions to and that if no one had differing opinions, everyone would end up brainwashed like Rod and Todd Flanders, so we shouldn’t force our opinions upon people.

Offline The problem is that Little Piggy Dragonguy seems to be an emotional female, one of those people who get pissed off at a hat dopping, so it’s harder to disagree with her than other people. Pedo music isn’t a term because if it was, we’d be calling Bennie And The Jets and We Will Rock You gay rock. Also, you don’t have to report her to the moderators, the moderators are regular users (although I haven’t seen Zig a lot here lately) and will see if you’re distressed and what’s going on, so don’t waste your time reporting her, as the moderators can just look at the page and see what’s going on.
