Offline I was being sarcastic. Nowadays it seems that every time any council project runs late even by 1 day someone wants to hold an inquiry into why it didnt finish on time at great expense to the public. Im not bothered about it being late, the results will come when they do. Im glad im not the one counting the votes or organising the awards.
