I suppose this is an impossible question to answer but I am curious what all serious Beatles collectors think… how many copies do you think exist of the Yesterday And Today album with the butcher cover? 1000? 10000? 100000?
I’m a proud owner of a stereocopy I bought by a friend back in 1979 who run a record store in the central area of San Francisco, California. This album is one of my “gold peaces”.
I am only wondering if someone has any opinion about how many copies of this rare album does exist?

About 750,000 although most of those copies are in mono and have (or had) the trunk cover sticker over the butcher cover. There are about 125,000 stereo copies but as with the mono version, most of these have (or had) the trunk cover sticker over the butcher cover.
Does your butcher have (or had) the trunk cover pasted over the butcher cover?
If you have a 1st state stereo butcher then there’s maybe a couple hundred of those.
If you're reading this, you are looking for something to do.
