Offline How dare they put the Hofner bass into the mural. Out of all the guitars and or basses they could’ve chosen, George’s Rocky Strat, Paul’s Rickenbacker, John’s Casino, etc., they choose a bass that wasn’t even used in 1967, makes as much sense as when they had The Beatles using instruments like trumpets in the Yellow Submarine movie instead of guitars. Now that I think about it, I rest my case.
Maybe you should try posting more.

Offline I have a question about the cover of Pepper.
John said that,at the time the cover shot was taken,2 of them were under the influence of drugs, and the other 2 weren’t. Since he brought it up,I’m assuming John was under the influence,but does anyone know which other Beatle was high?

Offline Yup, just write @ + lillo78 which used to be my user name…
Anyway, i doubt they were high on LSD since , i think, they never took it consciously while recording and right after that photo session they headed to Abbey Road to work on some overdubs… probably they had a joint or two (or a dozen) and in that case i don’t know why only two were flying when all of them were pot/weed smokers at that time (maybe Ringo to a lesser extent)

Offline Going off of eyes I would guess Paul, but off of a combination of eyes and behavioral history, I guess George and John. Ringo’s eyes honestly look fine. John and George both have that ‘look’ from their wide open pupils. Paul’s eyes look crazy.
