my rankings have changed quite a bit since last year and since I've gotten more and more into this album (it's my favourite album of theirs at the moment)
1. Strawberry Fields Forever (if not their best song, one of them)
2. Blue Jay Way (I love how creepy/trippy this one is)
3. Your Mother Should Know (pretty handily my favourite of Paul's "granny" songs)
4. Hello, Goodbye (so many great melodies!)
5. I Am The Walrus (big fan of the vocal distortion on this one, John should've done that more)
6. Penny Lane (I still love this song, I've just gotten more into some of the other songs a bit more)
7. Baby You're A Rich Man (the groove on this one's made it grow on me)
8. Magical Mystery Tour (I really like this as a first song/intro and it has one of my favourite Paul/Ringo rhythm section performances, but I don't listen to it on its own much)
9. Flying (another one I love in the context of the album, but never really feel like listening to on its own)
10. The Fool On The Hill (I always crack up whenever that recorder solo comes on)
11. All You Need Is Love (I like this song more than I used to, but it still ranks low for me; my favourite part of this song is how natural it manages to make 7/4 sound)

I will never be able to consider MMT as a standalone album. For me, the Capitol version is half compilation, half soundtrack.
As a complete LP, MMT is an excellent Beatles album. However, as a double EP, there is only one classic Beatles song. The rest is sometimes good but often boring.
Strawberry Fields Forever (A-side single): The best Beatles song. Innovative production, dreamy, moving lyrics, and a great melody and performance by John. A masterpiece. (A+)
I Am The Walrus : The best original song from the MMT movie. Amazing production and a brilliant performance by John. A masterpiece. (A)
Penny Lane (A-side single): One of Paul's greatest songs. Moving and innovative. A top masterpiece. (A)
All You Need Is Love (A-side single): Another classic, nothing less. Exceptional. (A)
The Fool On The Hill : A very good song by Paul. The lyrics and melody are moving. Very good. (B)
Baby You’re a Rich Man (B-side single): A hidden gem by John and Paul. Very good. (B)
Magical Mystery Tour : A good song that introduces the concept of the movie. A bit superficial. (C)
Hello, Goodbye (A-side single): A light and well-crafted song. Nothing more. (C)
Blue Jay Way : A psychedelic and dreamy song by George. Good but a bit boring. (C)
Your Mother Should Know : A song that breaks the mood with its weak "music hall" vibe. Poor. (D)
Flying : One of the band's weakest tracks. very Poor. (D-)
Favorite Album: Revolver and The White Album
Favorite song by John : Strawberry Fields Forever || Favorite song by Paul : Eleanor Rigby
Favorite song by George : While My Guitar Gently Weeps
