‘Lonesome Tears in My Eyes ‘ would have been a fabulous studio cover what with Ringo playing all over his kit, George’s gorgeous lead guitar work and John’s sorrow-filled vocal. Not sure if it would have fit on either of their first two albums tho.
It’s a natural for Beatles For Sale though.
