Right I'm lost and i'd appreciate some help.
According to Mark Lewinsohn in the Beatles Chronicle, they recorded 275 different performances of 88 songs in total at the BBC but we need to add in the other two From Us To You's as he missed those out so that's 277. However he does not list Tie Me Kangeroo Down (a performances with Rolf Harris) anywhere but it is in Kevin Howletts book 'The Beatles At The BBC' . So does that make it 89 songs in total?
If we include TMKDS that becomes unique (ie not recorded at EMI and released on any official record between '62 and '70) so the total becomes 37 right not 36?
Also what about From Us To You, admittedly an adapted From Me To You for a theme tune but is that not a unique song as its not on any official EMI record so should it become 38?
Am I being daft? Has this been answered elsewhere?
Also if TMKD is not included was it ever going to be on On Air Vol 2 regardless of what happened with Rolf?
Apologies for this question, my brain is frazzled.

Ouch - too early in the morning for me to even work out what the question is - certainly sounds interesting though

Maybe Lewinsohn classified it as a speech? Theres also this small number that consists of a couple of lyrics from their singles from 62-63 heres the link. So does this count as 90 songs recorded for BBC?
Also From Us To You is basically the same as From Me To You with just replacing the "Me" and "I" with "Us" and "We" other than that no difference. The counter should stay at 38 songs not appearing anywhere else
And if you saw my love, I'll love her to.
