Ringo Starr and His All-Starr Band performed a concert at the Palacio Euskalduna in Bilbao, Spain.

The show was the 18th date of Starr's 2018 tour. This is the 13th incarnation of the All-Starr Band, and features the return of Colin Hay as well as new member Graham Gouldman, formerly of 10cc.
