Ringo Starr and his All-Starr Band performed at the Ryman Auditorium in Nashville, Tennessee, USA, on 18 June 2016.
It was the 12th show of the 12th All-Starr Band’s tour of North America and Asia, which lasted for 42 dates between June and November 2016, and the first of two consecutive nights in Nashville.
This show was a late schedule engagement, and followed Starr’s cancellation of a concert on the same date at the at Koka Booth Amphitheatre in Cary, North Carolina in protest over the state’s recently-passed anti-LGBT HB2 law.
Starr had previously performed at the Ryman Auditorium on 7 July 2012. He returned there on 7 and 8 August 2019, and 24 September 2023.
