It was the eighth show by the tenth All-Starr Band. Their tour of North America lasted for 29 dates between June and August 2008.
Starr had previously performed at the venue on 21 and 24 February 1999, 16 and 17 May 2000, 4 and 5 August 2003, and 12 and 14 July 2006. He returned there on 30 June 2010 and 11 June 2014.
