Speaking broadly, I find that some women like “boyish” men, while other women actually don’t like that type, and seek a more “manly” look.  So we cannot generalize.

I can go either way.  Even with my own boyfriend, I love when he doesn’t shave for a week and he looks all scruffy and beardy, but when he shaves he looks good too, just different.  If I have a preference it would be dark hair and dark eyes, definitely. 2 of the 3 guys I have dated have had that ( I didn’t date ’til I was 18, and been with the same dude for 9 years),  and I guess I do go for those big dreamy eyes.  I’ve always loved my boyfriends big brown eyes.  heart

"Please don't bring your banjo back, I know where it's been..  I wasn't hardly gone a day, when it became the scene..  Banjos!  Banjos!  All the time, I can't forget that tune..  and if I ever see another banjo, I'm going out and buy a big balloon!"

Writing in this thread is dangerous, because there’s always the risk of sounding like a silly fangirl :D

(Not that there’s anything wrong with that!)

Anyway, if someone had asked me years ago who’s the best looking, I would have said Paul (well, not counting Let It Be )… but he’s not my type.

I also like John around 1966 – see Paperback Writer /Rain .

It’s ok to be a “silly fan girl” because we also love and respect their music.  ahdn_ringo_09

I suppose a “Hottest Beatle Wife” thread for the rest of us would be a kinda pointless gesture…

GEORGE: In fact, The Detroit Sound. JOHN: In fact, yes. GEORGE: In fact, yeah. Tamla-Motown artists are our favorites. The Miracles. JOHN: We like Marvin Gaye. GEORGE: The Impressions PAUL & GEORGE: Mary Wells. GEORGE: The Exciters. RINGO: Chuck Jackson. JOHN: To name but eighty.

Not really. You make one or you and the other guys can incorporate into this thread. I’ve seen both done before. :)

I just meant that, if judging the Beatles’ looks is more trivial than judging their music; and judging the Beatles’ wives is more pointless than judging the Beatles themselves; then judging the wives’ looks would be most pointless of all! Like, pointlessness squared.

(Me? Everyone knows I’m loco for Yoko!)

If we started a hottest beatle wife/girlfriend thread would we be accused of being sexist male pigs living in the dark ages and treating women as slabs of meat and the thread gets closed? Just asking as there are a ton of programmes on daytime tv where its fine to have a fit male fireman, stripper, model, whoever, walk about with no shirt on with women whooping, whistling and cheering all over the place but if its a female its a disgrace and we’re sexist bastards. Its a huge aggrievance of mine – the hypocrisy.

Not a comment about this thread or anyone on it – heck the 4 Beatles look fabulous in ’64 – ’66 and i like seeing pics of the 4 anyway as they always looked so damn cool.

I dont think it would be that dramatized.

Damn, I’m watching the wrong daytime shows or the US is in the dark ages. All I see is a bunch of women cackling like chickens like on The View (joke from Family Guy).

But anyways…..back to The Beatles

I know this sounds a bit stupid, and sometimes I wish I wasn´t like this (being a silly teen, madly in love with a musician) but I can´t help but smile every time a see a picture of George:

I´m sure these have been posted on here before but, come on, don´t tell me you mind seeing them again!

Moving along in our God given ways, safety is sat by the fire/Sanctuary from these feverish smiles, left with a mark on the door.

I would not find it sexist at all.  Hell, I’d participate!  I have some Lovely pictures of Linda.  a-hard-days-night-paul-8

I also want to add a more recent Paul picture.. I think this was 2005-ish?
