OfflineWe’re all obsessed. And part of that obsession is doing things that might be considered a little eccentric or just plain funny.
On my iPod, I changed the names of all the duplicate tracks from the compilation albums to sort of King James Versions. There’s She dost loveth thou, Assistance is needed!, Ye olde author of manuscripts, From myself to thee, Unable to purchase affection … The titles are generally too long to read on screen, but they still crack me up.
What are some of the things that you do? (This may turn out to overlap with the “You know you’re a hardcore Beatles fan when … ” topic, but let’s hope for the best!)

OfflineI make Beatles references in my head most of the time too.. and I find it depressing that I can't share them with people around me for two reasons:
- English isn't my mother tongue
- very few people here appreciate the Beatles.. their loss!!

That's hilarious!! I think I'll steal this idea!!

OfflineHi I'm new here, great to have people to discuss the Beatles with in depth!
My funny thing (well there are loads!) that springs to mind immediately is that when someone gives me something or does something for me I say "ta" the exact way George does in that "grotty shirts" scene in HDN.
"well at least he's polite!"
The other thing I do often thanks to the lads is that I always refer to songs/albums as "records"

OfflineMattGeorge, that is awesome! I was just thinking the other day that I wish I could do that in everyday conversation, but A) I have an American accent and B) nobody here would know that I meant “Thanks.”
Btw, (this is totally not on topic, but) I looked at your website. What a cool profession! I saw 1964: The Tribute in concert this summer and they were phenomenal. Have you ever seen them live? P.S., welcome!

I haven't seen them live no as they've only been to Liverpool for Beatleweek when I was too young to go, but I've seen almost every clip of them on youtube, that'd be one of my ideal bands to be in, doing the live years, with perhaps a change to Shea or Budokan suits!
Thanks for the greeting! My website needs a major update with pics and clips as me of George, at the moment it's only vids and pics I could get of me in my "generic" (meaning there were 5 of us, no wigs, no accents etc) beatle band. Hopefully will be updated soon with a page about my George Guitars

OfflineIt's small, but if I can work the word "thingy" into something I say or write, I do. Fiendish thingy only comes out when warranted.
