^^ My favorite moment of the evening was Corinne Bailey Rae and Herbie Hancock doing "Blackbird." I also liked Jack White's segueway from "Mother Nature's Son" into "That Would Be Something."

I enjoyed a lot of the film "Across the Universe". In my opinion Joe Cocker does a great version of "Come Together" in three different roles during the song in that movie.

Jim Carrey´s version of "I Am the Walrus" on George Martin´s "In My Life" is GOOD.

I quite like Joe Cocker's version of 'She Came In Through The Bathroom Window'. Not as good as the original, of course, but a good alternative.

I hadnt before and wish i never had. There are tracks on youtube like their 'cover' of We Can Work It Out. A chicken clucking Johns part! Dear me. Might still beat some of those awful x-factor covers, Will Young and Gareth Gates do The Long and Winding Road (was that X-factor or Pop Idol (is there much difference)).

Siouxsie And The Banshees did a different version of Helter Skelter which was 'interesting' (the same people who covered Dear Prudence and got a top ten hit)

Yes, nice version of Blackbird (I'm focusing on the guitar).

The Chevy Chase "Let It Be" sounds like the Chipmunks! That'll be fun to play at Christmas. I'd never heard that album; some of the other tracks are good too!
