Wow, I see why you call yourself “mean”! 
My older sister used to like Elvis Presley until she went off to college, now she only likes folk music (she keeps raving about this guy named “Bob Dillon” who sings like a hillbilly) and gave me her Elvis posters. I think he’s ok. His hair is cool. Or it used to be. He better start growing it soon!

Offline I’m so excited for Ed Sullivan! I’ve been listening to their newest album meet the Beatles all day, just got it last week, and I’m a bit confused… I thought I Saw Her Standing There was on Introducing the Beatles (Vee-Jay Recods), but I was listening to this record, and it started playing again! Why would they repeat a song? I assume the rest of their albums released in the states will be exactly the same as in England now that they’re popular here.

Sadly I think you’re right, the only thing that could save them is if they got a film out by then. And how likely is that? I’d rather just enjoy their visit than worrying about that though!

Offline Beatles is kind of a stupid name, isn’t it? They need a real name.
Has anyone ever thought of concepts as a band name? Rather than a physical thing, just a concept? Something like the ancient concept of nirvana, Or a place such as an oasis? Code words, like wilco? Or even just a body part of an animal, like the wings of a bird? Nah, no one would be stupid enough to name a band any of those things. Just ignore me.
