The solo albums are actually quite incredible, considering most solo albums by some other band were most of the time awful. Somehow, the Beatles solo albums seemed to be different and even more fantastic songs came out. Here's what I consider to be my favorite Beatles solo albums/songs
Paul -
Album – Venus and Mars
Song – Junior's Farm
John -
Album – Plastic Ono Band
Song – (Tie) God/#9 Dream
George -
Album - All Things Must Pass
Song – Crackerbox Palace
Ringo -
Album – Ringo
Song – It Don't Come Easy

OfflinePaul:
Album- Band on the Run
Song- Nineteen Hundred Eighty-Five
John:
Album- Imagine
Song- Gimme Some Truth
George:
Album- All Things Must Pass
Song- (Tie!) Wah-Wah and All Things Must Pass
Ringo:
Album- Blast From Your Past
Song- It Don't Come Easy
I have to say, I love Band on the Run as an album, every song is a gem. As is All Things Must Pass, what a collection of songs.

I'm honestly not all that familiar with the bulk of Paul or Ringo's solo work.
For Paul it'd be Band on the Run/Band on the Run, though this might change as I spend more time listening to his stuff.
John – /Plastic Ono Band – Songs – God (though I prefer the more raw version from Anthology), Mother, Love, Watching the Wheels.
George – All things Must Pass – Songs – My Sweet Lord (despite the Krisna aspect), Beware of Darkness.

OfflineJohn – Album: Imagine. Song: Oh My Love (or Stand By Me)
Paul – Album: McCartney. Song: Man We Was Lonely
George – Album: All Things Must Pass. Song: practically all on that album, starting with Isn't It a Pity, All Things Must Pass, I'd Have You Anytime and If Not For You
Ringo – Album: Ringo. Song: The Greatest. (totally delightful, and so happy that John wrote it for him…)
(It's always surprised me that the best Beatle solo album, by far it seems to me, was one of George's as opposed to John or Paul.)

OfflineNow I feel very contrarian for my choices.
Ringo:
- Sorry, lads, I'm really not familiar with his solo work
George:
- Album: Somewhere in England
- Song: All those Years Ago
John:
- Album: Mind Games
- Song: Meat City
Paul:
- Album: Venus and Mars
- Song: You Gave Me the Answer
Yes, I know, I have ecclectic tastes.
It's just that "Meat City" was the first solo Lennon song I ever heard, so it's always going to have that special place for me.
As for Macca, I love 99.9% of his solo work, but "You Gave Me the Answer" was the sequel to "Honey Pie" that I'd been searching for.

Can't speak for John and George as I haven't really explored their solo work, but I like Paul's "Maybe I'm Amazed" off Band On The Run and Ringo's "The No No Song" off of……I can't remember the album name.
Goodnight Vienna, I believe!
Also included on his hits album. Is sure is catchy, isn't it…

OfflineI've only heard Band On The Run and All Things Must Pass from Paul and George. Loved them both. My favourite songs from those albums would be Jet and Wah Wah. My favourite Paul song from anywhere would be Live And Let Die (live electric versions more than the orchestra Bond version).
I've never heard any Ringo albums but I've downloaded a few of his songs. My favourite is Back Off Boogaloo. Ringo's songs are always so catchy – probably because they're so simple.
From John I've heard Imagine and Double Fantasy. Too much Yoko on the latter so Imagine is my favourite. Gimme Some Truth is probably my favourite, although its usually whatever one I've listened to the most recently.
I've not heard much of their solo stuff, it's something I've been meaning to correct for a while.
