OfflineYep, but I think he called me out on it because he knows I am. I have trouble playing certain chords, so I need to change how I play them. I even have to change the easy chords! Probably need to try a left handed guitar![]()

OfflineWow you're also left handed! Some of the best guitarists are left hand (e.g. Jimi Hendrix, Paul McCartney etc.)
I went to a zoo before and saw a Yellow Submarine which looks like the one in the movie, no clue why it was in a zoo though.
EDIT: Right now I am at my relative's house and Ebony and Ivory is playing, not Paul's version though =(
"When I was a robber *Piano Chord* in Boston Place"
"Let's hope this turns out pretty darn good huh"
"Pete may be the best, but Ringo is the star"
Paul:"Don't be nervous John"
John:"I 'm not"

My friends and I were talking about pizza today, and when one friend said, "I had one yesterday," I couldn't help but think of George at the first US visit press conference
I normally wear my hair short. Over the past year or so I started to let it grow longer, but neatly (I work in a professional office). About a month ago, a client came in that I had not seen in almost 18 months. She said, "I liked your hair shorter – you should get a hair cut". I really did get a haircut the day before she came in, so I could not resist (complete with a really bad, Yellow Submarine-like fake Scouse accent).
To the fountain of perpetual mirth, Let it roll for all its worth.

OfflineI got my wisdom teeth pulled out today, and when I was going to the car, the lady wanted me to take a wheelchair, but I told her no, that I could walk. She told me she usually doesn't let people walk, but because I'm a Beatles fan she'll let me. I ended up having to take the wheelchair, anyways, though.

Ugh, there's nothing wise about wisdom teeth. Feel better!
Also, two more Beatley moments:
1. My English teacher was saying something about grammar or vocabulary or whatever the heck it was, and she used Abbey Road as an example for something!
2. I was doing math homework and there was some word problem about people's ages and the answer came out as sixty-four! Of course, you know what song is stuck in my head now.

OfflineAt the grocery store today, "Got to Get You Into My Life," starts playing, but not the original… yet this version's oddly more familiar to me. Then I realize that the Earth, Wind & Fire cover is the one I actually grew up with. And a great cover it is!
Ten minutes later, they played "Band on the Run."

OfflineI went away for a vacation and passed a city, knowing this is where almost every radio station is at, I decided to check a certain station. This station plays the "rarest and the greatest" every weekend. The song: "With a Little Help" from friends came up. It wasn't the original version though, but it was Ringo Starr singing! I told me dad to jack up the volume. After the song Ringo Starr started talking more about the second, he said it was the one which gave him a 30 year career. He also mentioned about the first line being : "Would you stand up and throw tomatoes at me" (with a different pronunciation I am used to). Sadly, this was post-George's death, he said about writing a song with George, and before it happened the radio station changed the song.
A few songs later and I heard a live Paul singing with his current band: "Hey Jude", surprised he could still hit his high "G's", then came the Na-Na-Na part he asked only the male in the audience to sing, then the female then altogether, the radio station cut the song again lol.
The radio station also played a couple of Beatle songs but no later than 1964.

I was watching this with my boy the other day. Can you spot the Beatles references (one written, one musical) in the final few seconds?

I'm actually right handed in every way (Like Paul, who also had trouble with right handed guitars), my left hand is just weaker than it should be in comparison to my right, I think.
I got my class ring (finally!) yesterday. I started thinking of the scene in Help! Where Ringo's hand gets stuck to the top of the elevator because of the magnet xD Also the fact that the ring is stuck on his finger (I couldn't get it off for an hour!)

OfflineThis is more of a George-ly Moment. While waiting for a TV show to come on, I tuned in to see the last few minutes of the show that was just ending. I don't watch it, but it's a show called "How I Met Your Mother". Anyway, during the last scene of this show the background music was "Ballad of Sir Frankie Crisp (Let It Roll)".
I may have to start watching this show.![]()
