OfflineMy friends and I were talking about pizza today, and when one friend said, "I had one yesterday," I couldn't help but think of George at the first US visit press conference![]()

OfflineFunny, I think of that too when someone says, "I had one yesterday"
NEARLY a Beatley moment:
My wife and I went to dinner with friends tonight.
I went directly from work to the restaurant; my wife met my friends in the lobby of their building.
As she was waiting, Paul and Nancy walked out of the elevator towards the front door. My wife knows Nancy, so the two (three) of them chatted.
I got to hear all about it at the restaurant…

OfflineI have Beatley moments all the time! While I was practicing guitar I just started thinking to myself, "What Would Ringo Do?". After playing a song I wrote, I shouted, "I got blisters on my fingers!". Just because you're not a drummer doesn't mean you can't get blisters!

OfflineThis isn't a Beatley moment as such, but I've worked out that on Christmas Day I'll be the exact same age- to the day- that John was when he met Paul

OfflineI had a bit of a Ringo moment today. As part of a program I'm in, I took an underprivileged child around Wal-Mart today with a $100 gift card they got so they could have a Christmas. Instead of thinking for herself, she got something for each of her family members. I didn't allow myself to get emotional right there, because I was in uniform, but I was incredibly proud of her.

OfflineThis happened when a religious group went to my school. They were preaching about the back mask (reverse) stuff in music, from the olden days up to now. When they got to the Beatles I couldn't help but sing along while the tracks were being played I stood up and couldn't help but to sing along. I almost got scolded by their leader though, I had to spend the time outside the seminar room.
Another time when the local health sector of the government went to our school to inform the youth about the harmful effects of drugs. The Beatles got mentioned again and everyone in the school pointed at me and called me, they play the "before" songs and the "after" songs. I sang along lol.
My professor said a quote in front of the class it was: "I am the product of my past". If you were to be asked what you add after
"I am _____", surely you know what comes next, unfortunately nobody got what I said lol.
I was in a mall and there was a tribute band for the 60's playing, they played a couple of songs and we were about to go but I HAD to stay for a bit.

"Let's hope this turns out pretty darn good huh"
"Pete may be the best, but Ringo is the star"
Paul:"Don't be nervous John"

OfflineLying in bed late at night with the lights turned off, listening to The Beatles. Beginning with Please Please Me up until Revolver – what a truly beautiful experience! And how much nicer is listening to a record versus a CD? I´d noticed a couple of months ago but I´ve been reminded. They were really extraordinary, weren´t they? I forget sometimes.

Not really a Beatles moment, more a GH moment. My parents tidied the attic. So a few days ago I went upstairs to the attic to go to my room, and I got past a shoebox. The brand of the shoes was ''Cloud 9''They still haven't found the Beatles books my mom owns though. Shame.
We have a Chocolate Product named Cloud 9 here, the owner is probably a chocolate lover like George was. My last Beatley moment was late at night, I heard some Beatles lyrics outside our house. I picked up my bike and began looking for the sound, realised it was just Disco Covers

OfflineI just got back from my guitar lesson. My teacher noticed that I play my A chord the same way George did (I can't do it in the 'traditional' way for some reason). ![]()

OfflineSo your teacher must be a fan of the Beatles then?
Every time I go on a vacation to a particular place, I could usually hear the Beatles being played somewhere in the area, although the songs being played are the more popular ones.
