I can't decide if Cleverbot is win for singing "Hey Jude" with you or fail for not knowing the words.

OfflineI think it deserves props. It didn't quite know You Never Give Me Your Money, either, but all it needs is practice.

I was never sure if it was human or not. Sometimes it is way of topic and sometimes it is spot on, so it gets confusing.
I had it tell me one time that it was in fact human. It wasn't a computer. Kind of like Pinocchio.

OfflineNow I need to go mess with Cleverbot some more. Anyway my Beatley moments of the day was first I was at Quinlan and Fabish (which is an instrument store) buying my new full sized violin and I saw they had these Beatle music books with 89 songs. Now they didn't have it in violin but I am ordering it, so it should come in some time so I'll now know how to play some Beatles music on my violin. Then they have this music question song of the week and if they pull out your name with the correct answer you get a 10 dollar gift card. And the question of the week was "What studio did the Beatles record 91 songs in?" so of course I got it correct. Now to see if they pull my name out on Friday. So lots of good Beatley moments today.

So just like the Forum?
Zing!
By the way, Cleverbot isn't actually a computer. It's kind of obvious, really. The other end will "forget" your name or even your gender, and will often be confused when you answer a question. Plus, occasionally it will tell you you're a computer, that you're not very clever, or that its name is Paul McCartney, Zaphod Beeblebrox, or some other outlandish thing. Finally, a computer wouldn't recognize smileys or song lyrics, which Cleverbot usually does.

OfflineActually what Cleverbot really is, is actually kind of a computer. It pulls things from past conversations that someone typed into it to fit what you just posted. It's pretty interesting actually. (And it just sang supercalifragilisticexpialadocias along with me
)

OfflineYeah, I think Cleverbot is filled with lots of AI. I just like how it goes through an identity crisis every now and again.

OfflineMy Beatley moment of the day has to do with me receiving my Behind Sad Eyes book yesterday and how I can't put it down. It's a little over a mile and a half walk to my work and as I was walking I was reading my book (seeing people jumping out of my way in my peripheral) only looking up to cross the street, so of course I didn't put it down when I walked into work and this stand-thing didn't jump out of my way and a ran into and put a hole in the wall…. I did promise the maintenance person that I would sing Fixing a Hole to him while he repaired the damage. He wasn't amused.

Oh my.
You know that whole "Don't walk and text" thing? That also applies to reading.
