Offline It’s a cash grab similar to Apple’s previous moves, but I’m not surprised. It was a matter of time. I really couldn’t care, but if The Beatles get more money on the nee fans and on the foolish repeat buyers, good for them.

Offline I was excited that they were available on iTunes until I realized that buying the package would be silly since I already have Anthology 1 , and it's cheaper to buy 2 & 3 elsewhere. I smell a middle school graduation present…

Presumably to get all the artwork and liner notes you have to buy the full albums on iTunes, rather than individual tracks. Much better to get the CDs IMO.

They claimed that all 3 were remastered by the same team that did the 2009 ones. I didn’t notice any difference between the iTunes versions and the current ones (I was judging by the song previews, so the finished songs could be different). Oh yeah, and it would've been nice to see bonus songs, like maybe the songs on the Free As A Bird and Real Love singles that were left off Anthology. oh well
