Sometimes it seems that you can get Beatles-anything these days, to the point of "yuk"

 

Having said that, being on the ski slopes as we speak, it would be fun to see a Beatley ski helmet, and (and seeing Swarowski stuff at the airport) if I saw a glass Swarowski depiction of the foursome, I'd probably be a sucker for it.

What, no beatles shoe laces, aprons, coasters or christmas baubles? How would we survive? How would Apple survive without authenticating these delights? Its not as if there are any 27 minute outtakes sitting in the vaults that fans would auction off their internal organs to get to listen to.

The individually stamped toilet roll certainly existed so there is no reason why it wouldnt appear somewhere. And it wasnt your top quality stuff, but lets not go there.

 

I remember stories of beatle toilet seats which would play songs when the lid was raised and a beatles toaster that left images behind, not that i can find them anywhere online so they were probably either joke stories or i made them up. If you really want a toilet seat cover you can get one from amazon for only £9.99. And no, i dont own one.

It's going to be really difficult to try and find something that doesn't have their faces on. I'm just going to list a load of things that I can see around me and I'll put them in italic if I've seen them before (to avoid confusion I'm sitting on my table in the dining room)

  • Purse
  • Cup/Mug
  • Coaster
  • Remote for the TV (I highly doubt that there is a Beatles remote, however, there IS a gap in the market for one!)
  • Books
  • Perfume
  • Photoframe
  • Bowls/Cutlery (I've yet to see these but they probably did exist in the 60's)
  • Mirror
  • Camera
  • Dart Board

There are plenty more things around me but I tried to stick to the not-so-obvious ones. Wouldn't it be great it there was Beatle perfume?

Beatle eyeglass case for anyone?

The Abbey Road watch is actually clever: there isn't just one second hand, there are 4. Instead of a little arrow at the tip, see what we have instead. And the face of the watch is painted like the Abbey Road crossing.

As you wind the watch, the 4 Beatles are perpetually crossing Abbey Road…
