I dreamed once that I was at church and we sang "And Your Bird Can Sing." And it was in the hymnbook. It was pretty awesome.

I once had a dream where I was supposed to go on a field trip with my class to the boardwalk/amusement park. Instead, I spent the day with Paul McCartney on the beach. The entire time I was thinking or yelling "While you're on the ferris wheel, I'm hanging out with a Beatle (suckers)!"

During the summer I had a werid dream that was like a mix between the 60's and the future. And the four of them where all in black and white for some odd reason. I also had no idea why in the world they where spending their time with high schoolers.

First off- Sorry I haven't been posting, apparently, my computer got a virus but I killed it before any real harm was done.
Second- Last night I had a really vivid dream. It was 50 years from now, but I still looked the same. I travelled through time to an hour before John was shot and hid behind the Dakota. Right after Chapman called out his name, I jumped out and pushed Chapman out of the way. John and I got him arrested. John asked me who I was, and I said I was an orphan. John raised me as his child. George survived because I got him to quit smoking, and I became good friends with all the Beatles. But at present day (yesterday), the time machine malfunctioned and the future became all twisted. John and George became zombies! I tried to fix the time machine, but I ended up being sent back to an hour before John was shot. This time, I hid behind a bush. When I saw the other me strangling Chapman, I knew I had to be the one to do it. I grabbed his gun and pointed it at John. He said, "What? How can there be two of you!?" As I pulled the trigger, I woke up.

I had a dream a few years back that I remember. I time travelled back to Dec 8, 1980, and I was in New York, but a few hours before John was shot. I ran into John and Yoko on the street, and ran up to them to try to tell them to not go back to the Dakota. I said that John was going to be shot later, but they didn't believe me. After going into some detail about the shooting, Yoko wanted to go somewhere else for the night, but John just thought I was crazy. I don't remember what happened next, but they ended up leaving and going back to the Dakota, and John was shot. Yeah, that's not the best dream I've ever had.

I once had a dream I went back in time to when MC shot John and I shoved John to the side at the last second and so I got shot in the shoulder. They tackled MC and I went to the hospital, and John and Yoko were there. And he hugged me and said, "How can I make it up to you?" and I said, "Write me a song." He did, and it was so beautiful, but I can't remember the melody or the words. One of the best dreams I've had, though.

I once had a dream where I was in a room floating above some vast anonymous suburbs, just looking out at the world. I saw the world in a whole new light- or maybe it was a dazzling sunrise. I felt as though I had moved on- grown up, and accepting of that. And then "Imagine" started playing, and I started singing along with it, feeling… at peace. Kind of deep but also wonderful.

I rarely fully remember my dreams, and when I do, they're incoherent, with the focus always shifting, and mostly with details that never match reality. In my entire life, I'd say I've had less than a half-dozen dreams with "real" songs being performed or heard, and they're never exactly right and never by the proper performers. Likewise, if I had a dream about the Beatles, something wouldn't be right – like I'd confuse them with the Beach Boys, or imagine that Ringo was actually my uncle, or that they weren't from the 60s but were actually a contemporary 5-piece band, or that George was actually a black guy or something bizarre like that. The notion of having a dream about something "real" – like dreaming that George was still alive and that I went to see him in concert and he opened with "My Sweet Lord", for example – is totally alien to me, because that's I dream I would never have. At least, based upon my backlog of 40 years of dreaming so far.
Which is a long-winded way of saying that I would probably NEVER have a dream that was Beatles-specific enough to be really relevent to this thread. But this very morning, I was half-asleep (snooze button!) and dreamed I was watching a TV commercial for some kind of Beatles compilation album marketed especially for "contemporary young people", and the name of the album was "Hey Dude! " That made me chuckle.
(I now know that several Beatles parodies entitled "Hey Dude" already exist. But I wasn't aware of that earlier.)
