Ranked against the rest of the group's catalog, I'd probably put it right in the middle.  

I think some of the Beatles' best covers are on this album:  "Roll Over Beethoven", "Money", "Please Mr Postman", "Til There Was You" and "You Really Got a Hold on Me" (although I'm not very fond of "Devil in Her Heart").

The only songs on it that I REALLY don't like are Little Child -But then again I hate harmonica's so that may be it- and Roll over Beethoven.  And You've Really Got a Hold on Me kind of depresses me for some reason. 

For the rest it's pretty good. Yep even the covers and Hold me tight.

There's nothing like listening to a new Beatles song that you've never listened to before.
