        	        	<description><![CDATA[<p>In a reverse of The White Albums sales being doubled for being 2 lps, Starwberry Fields b/w Penny Lane didnt reach #1 because sales were halved for each song due to it being a double a-side.</p>
<p>Would it not be easier to say 1 person bought The White Album so thats 1 sale and not 1 person bought 1 album but it has 2 lps so thats 2 sales?</p>

<p>Didn&#039;t know that! That explains the lack of connection between the title and the song.</p>
<p>That&#039;s like Cream&#039;s "Badge."  Harrison wrote "Bridge" next to the middle-eight and it was mis-interpreted as "badge."</p>
