Offline I’m playing in a Beatles tribute band together with a great musician, who’s name is – Paul McCarthy! AND he’s actually from Liverpool! So he’s got a lot of personal memories and relations to the songs, which is great.
This recording was made during a concert, unfortunately it’s just on one channel.
I play the piano and sing second vocal, Paul is doing the lead vocal and guitar. It’s just a little too fast, so I messed up the famous solo a bit…

Offline That’s very good I enjoyed it – nice harmonies. Your solo was very good considering that even George Martin didn’t play it at that speed..he slowed the tape down first.

Offline My favourite bit was your piano! Especially the bass chords at the start (…places I remember etc). And I loved the solo, it’s a shame you didn’t get to finish it.
You seem to have accidentally linked to your whole soundcloud stream.. So as it drifted on to Space Oddity I couldn’t help noticing you have some strums missing at the start 😉 I’m no David Bowie but here’s my version of that little bit from a while back.
