@alabamaa Any White Album song in the original key and tempo would be good. We don't have any drum tracks ready yet, but if you can do rhythm guitar on a song others can add parts to that.

I have access to drums for a while, although I'll have to find a bass pedal. If you PM me what song you'd like to sing/play on, maybe I could get the drum part together.

Has anyone already bagged Mother Nature's Son Mr Kite?  If not, I'll work on it for a bit longer and send you a demo of the main guitar part (with no singing!)  I won't be offended if it's not good enough..

If there is a chance, I'm in !
I could play Keyboard, Acoustic and electric Guitar.
(I've already done the guitar part of Rocky Raccoon)

Lovely Job!  The black and white and the lighting make it very atmospheric and it's so close to the original.

@Sugarplum fairy Please PM it if you can! That'd be great! a-hard-days-night-ringo-10

@alabamaa Do you want to be on that song? If so what instrument? You can send guitar too if you want and see which works better. I believe @parlance wanted to sing on that, but I'll have to check the BB Band thread.

@Vdlhs I'll listen to the Rocky cover, and tell you if you're in! Edit: just post it or email it to beatlesbibleband@gmail.com. I thought it was upthread but didn't see it.

Of course, no problem!!, I'd like listen to others singing, and to do covers. In my last post I edited it and wrote about my bad playing instruments.

@alabamaa Well just send something if you can, if you can't that's fine. Can't wait for you new covers! :)

@Vdlhs I just went back and watched all of your covers, all amazing! If you want to contribute anything to the band, just tell me or send it over.

@Sugarplum fairy After seeing your Blackbird cover, if you could record just the guitar for that too, it'd be great! Thanks...

Eyy, Yesterday I recorded and uploaded to soundcloud a cover of " You Never Give Me Your Money"only voice till "nowhere to go" and Today recorded "One sweet dream" part. Still I must to record vocals after "nowhere to go"

To record "Out of college" part I used "telephone" efect of Garageband and for " One sweet dream..." Part used "dreamy" efect of Garageband too.

What a song! Love it!! I feel is one of the favs!!

Haven't done a cover in a while! After reading through the Lady Madonna song thread I decided to cover that!
(Even the little bit at the end of the video @meanmistermustard posted of an early take)

Please tell me what you think!

Oh and there's a little rudimentary animation I made a while ago in the beginning, and a fake album name that I will totally use if I ever have a real album. Mr. Kite's Being For My Benefit.

Enjoy!

This song was deeper and more in my range than Oh Yoko!, so my voice was lower and more in tune. And the main vocals do have a bit of an effect on them to try and get the tinnyish sound Paul's voice had. I can post it without the effect if you want to compare, but I think it's mostly compression.

Nice Job Mr K!  I like the guitar and bass.  I wasn't so keen on the vocals but love the harmonies!  Well done :-)

Thanks!

I'm not so keen on any of my vocals, but I also thought the harmonies came out well. Maybe I shouldn't have put that effect on the main vocals...

For the 'bass,' it's actually my guitar because I don't have a bass. I just recorded the bass part I figured out, lowered it an octave and it worked really well!

Very entertaining, Kite. I loved the harmonies and the "brass vocals" at 1:08.
So nice, I listened to it twice. Well done.
