I think it was just an improvisation during the Get Back sessions at Twickenham, tho it could be from some obscure a song ive never heard of.  

They played a traditional song called Black Dog Blues on the 31st as part of a medley (its on youtube listed as its other known title 'Daddy, Where You Been So Long' but just that bit not the full medley) so it could have been a take on that song.
