The bassline on "Something" is really something.. For me, that bassline is what actually drives the song more than any other instrument. It makes me want to learn how to play bass. And there's a clip of someone covering that bass on YouTube pretty close to how Paul played it.

I think the bassline in Dear Prudence is actually very good, and in Yellow Submarine.

Aside from the usual suspects, Hey Bulldog, Taxman, Dear Prudence, Something etc.. I really like the bass in Cry, Baby, Cry and Glass Onion.They're surprisingly complex

I remember reading that George played the bass on a song because John was ill and Paul was playing the piano on the first track of a song. I can't find which one it was, but accidentally found that George played bass on All Together Now too.
