        	        	<description><![CDATA[<p>Here Today. Paul being totally open and forward in his love for John.</p>
<p>Johns passion and frankness in <strong>God</strong>. The crushing statement of not believing in Beatles (which would have been such a crushing blow to so many in 1970) to his deeply emotional statement of the dream being over, now just being John and that people have no option but to move on (the word 'have' is incredibly powerful in that statement, no room for debate or maneuverability). </p>

        	        	<description><![CDATA[<p>Like Zig, "God" gets me every time.  I first heard it on a "free form" FM station when <em>Plastic Ono Band</em> was released, 15-yr-old me with his transistor radio and ear bud (yes, just the one, in my right ear) lying in bed very late that night.  The DJ normally would play a new album straight through once a week in that time slot, but this one was billed as "songs from the new John Lennon album."  In retrospect that probably had something to do with the station's FCC license as it related to certain words in "Working Class Hero," which didn't get played. </p>

        	        	<description><![CDATA[<p>The reasons why some songs have made me cry is either because they remind me of a situation in my life or because the song is just beautiful.</p>
<p>"Hey Jude" comes to mind first. I remember watching the opening ceremony of the Olympics at my friend's house and beginning to tear up when Paul was singing it live. On a similar note, I completely lost it during the "Imagine" tribute at the closing ceremony. Lost it completely. "All You Need is Love" is another one, because it reminds me of situations in my life and the song applies so well to ...]]></description>

        	        	<description><![CDATA[<p>Here Today always gets me. "What about the night we cried?  Because there wasn't any reason left to keep it all inside,"...and I genuinely think that Paul finds it an emotional song to perform. When he performs Yesterday, its like he's going through the motions, but with Here Today its very personal to him, and that makes you, as the audience, more in touch with it. And the end, "For you are here today...for you are in my song," sums up the message of most of Paul's music (Beatles and post-Beatles)- music will save us all.</p>

        	        	<description><![CDATA[<p>I´ve never found Let It Be to be one that makes me cry, or even sad. I know my mom cries before he´s past the first line but I have never cried becuase of it. It´s a happy song in a way, his mom goes to him when he needs help, and he helps her. So why cry? It´s good!</p>
<p>Always, always, ALWAYS cry at In My Life, Because and While My guitar Gently Weeps. Can´t help it. </p>

Not really, the implication is still there. I&#039;m probably missing a lot of the back story, but if he&#039;s gay, so what? Or if he&#039;s simply affected by the same music you love, then why mock him?<br />
