OK folks – I tried to move this thread to the original SFF thread but messed up royally.

Bottom line, is I renamed this from Strawberry Fields Forever to Making of Strawberry Fields Forever. In the process, the replies were deleted.

My apologies to all, especially McLennonson.

This is still a great thread and those are still awesome vids.

I stand  two-virgins before you (figuratively) and appreciate your understanding.

Looks like the moderator stuff is still new. I don't know, I'm conflicted on knowing miniature details of a great song. I might be crazy, but sometimes the myth is more interesting then the reality. I like to think the intro was a made up on the spot thing, not a determined thing. And these videos really would shatter the myths I have about the song. I guess I've been reading to much of the letters of Sir Arthur Conan Doyle, but I sorta don't want to see them. But thanks again to McLennonson for posting them. I guess I'm just being silly.
