I don't really have 'mood' songs, so I'll just list some that make me feel a little happy or sad. And by the way, the songs might just make me feel that way because they're uptempo/downtempo or something like that. xD
Happy: Mother Nature's Son, Blackbird, All You Need is Love, I'll Follow The Sun, Hey Bulldog, Rocky Raccoon, I've Just Seen a Face, etc…
Sad: She's Leaving Home, For No One, Julia, Long Long Long, While My Guitar Gently Weeps, I'm So Tired, etc…
But whenever I hear a Beatles song, I'm automatically on cloud nine! 
(the only minor exception is Revolution #9, because it freaks me out a little bit. xD)

When I'm sad, the following can make me feel better: Please, Please Me, Eight Days a Week, All My Loving, Saw Her Standing There, Let It Be… and many more. I have found that listening to Beatle music can provide a better high than drugs (and you don't get the side effects).
