I like it too. But I think I like it so much because I know what's coming after it. "You Really Got A Hold On Me" (muthah) is my favorite song they cover.
To the fountain of perpetual mirth, Let it roll for all its worth.

You Really Got A Hold On My is great, yeah.
I especially like the "I love you and all I want you to do is just hold me …" part.

OfflineYou Really Got A Hold On Me is definately a highlight of not only WTB but also the early beatle years of 1963 and 1964 and one of their best covers. A fabulous cover with a great John vocal.
Its also a blast to hear them run thru it during the Get Back sessions with John and George trying to remember the words.

OfflineFairly recently, I have been really into She's Leaving Home, Rocky Raccoon, Why Don't We Do It In The Road, For No One, Mother Nature's Son & We Can Work It Out.
I love how one week, you can be totally obsessed over one song, but be completely obsessed with a different one the next week. That's part of the magic of The Beatles. *sorry if that sounded corny xD *

If I Fell is becoming one of my favorite songs by them and I'm Happy Just to Dance With You is just so dang catchy. Plus I LOVE LOVE LOVE the background vocals on that one so I keep listening to it!

OfflineNot strictly Beatles but Johns Walls and Bridges, especially Bless You but Nobody Loves You is a great track as is Scared. Thru outtakes am beginning to get a feeling for the actual album. Not on a beatle kick at the moment truth be told.

OfflineI have been listening to "Help" every day lately, a song that did not used to be a fav of mine, but now I am loving the vocals, John's in lead as well as Paul and George doing the back-up…really loving that part. Also "And Your Bird Can Sing", for some reason, another song I never paid much attention to. And I love the energy and the production of "I Wanna Hold Your Hand" more as the years pass, rather than less.
One song that never made much impression on me, compared to others, anyway, is "From Me To You" but since it is on "1" I have been listening to it, and I love the "oooh" after "keep you satisfied" (probably Paul). I don't know why but it makes me smile every time. I have even grown a soft spot for "Love Me Do" and can now see how it was new and different for the time, compared to what else was out there.
