OfflineAnyone heard anything strange in any Beatles songs? I've heard some before like when John coughs at the end of 'Twist & Shout' and when Paul shouts at the end. I came across this website and it's amazingly clever. Here's the link; http://wgo.signal11.org.uk/wgo.htm It lists everything that can been heard in Beatles songs. From the cough in the intro of 'I Feel Fine' down to really minor things like feedback can be heard in 'I'm Looking Through You'. Please check this website out if you want to know what really happens when you're in a recording studio with them.

And even there doesnt have what Paul and John are saying during The Word harmonium solo. Surely someone knows.
Do they say something? I read a thread on here that they were talking but I never really knew of it. Probably because The Word is one of my favourites and I'm too busy dancing to realise what's going on! I can clearly hear talking in the guitar solo of Any Time At All, that's quite clear, and when George shouts 'Too fast!' at the beginning of Don't Bother Me. I'll listen to The Word and see if I can hear anything or is it just on mono versions?

OfflineIts buried deep in the mix and was first mentioned in the Studio Chatter In 'The Word'… thread. John and Paul are talking about what sounds like the upcoming harmonies but its hard to make out. Please give it a go as i would love to know what they are saying.
There are tons of these anomalies. John saying 'i already told you why' (referring to Tell Me Why) just before the guitar solo in What Goes On is a favourite of mine. And of course the expletive in Hey Jude, such a popular song and it has a naughty word.

OfflineIt´s not something strange as such but I´ve just noticed that in 'And I Love Her' I can hear somebody hum after Paul sings ''and I love her'' for the final time, I assume it´s him.

So, I checked out the website and went to the link that lists the songs the site talks about in alpha order. Here is the first song along with one of the anomly entries (I kid you, not).
3:02-3:12 Paul can be heard doing a faint falsetto "ooo" harmony above John's more prominent "aah's".
This by no means settles our debate as it is not what I consider to be an "official" source. I just thought is was funnier than owl droppings that this was one of the very first entries on that site.
To the fountain of perpetual mirth, Let it roll for all its worth.

Zig. You dont go poking the giant grizzly bear with a large pointy stick, pull its tail, call it names, go 'nah nah nah nah' and then give it a kiss.

That's crueller than mocking a Canadian with hockey right now. Don't bring it up, please.
