In terms of other gems not released, you have Carnival of Light, Take 3 (27 min) version of Helter Skelter, and Circles. I don't think anyone knew about RT20 when Anthology came out. And no, Hey Jude without the fade out isn't on Anthology 3, a rehearsal from 2 nights earlier is the Hey Jude on An. 3. Welcome, by the way! (Any fellow Canadian is a good thing.)
