OfflineHere are some mishearing by me and some others by Paul is Dead theorists:
Sie Liebt Dich – "She lick dick"
Yellow Submarine, "In the town where I was born…" – "In the time when I was born…"
All You Need Is Love (at the end of the song), "Yesterday" – "Yes he's dead" | and, "She Loves You…" - "We Loved You…"
While My Guitar Gently Weeps, backing vocals saying "Oh!, Oh!, Oh! …" | "Paul!, Paul!, Paul! …"
A Day in the Life, "About a lucky man who made it great" – "About a lucky man who made the grade"
… and there are many others I can't remember at the moment right now.

OfflineTwo months ago, I got a crate of over 200 vinyl records from my dad (he was a DJ during the 80's) and The Red Album was included. So I decided to play it on my turntable and when it got to the chorus of Day Tripper my sister (Beatles hater) walked by my room then walked back to my room and asked me "Did he just say, 'He was a gay stripper. '? "
XD
Most common misheard lyric in all Beatles songs xD

OfflineThis isn't Beatles, but I always mishear the line "like a picture from hell" in Back On the Chain Gang by the Pretenders to be "like a pigeon from hell."
Also, I used to hear "making me feel like I've never been born" as "like I've never been wrong" in She Said She Said. The alternate lyrics make absolutely no sense contextually though.

At the end of the talking part of "Yellow Submarine" (just before the final verse), it sounds like they're saying 'Mash potato! Mash potato!' I'm not sure what they're actually saying there. Any ideas?
Actually it's Ringo saying "Cut the cable, drop the cable"
You can see Ringo talking about it here (about 20 seconds in)(WHY AM I TERRIBLE AT EMBEDDING THINGS?!?)

OfflineWhen first hearing Do You Want To Know A Secret? i thought the do da do backing vocals were J & P singing "do not look", and for a while thought Paperback Writer was Paperbag Writer (at aged 9 i had never heard of a paperback, it was just a book, whereas when you bought sweets they came in a paperbag – no it makes no sense when listened in context).

Thanks for that- it makes more sense than 'mash potato'! Tee hee.

I think that's probably my favourite misheard lyric!

Actually, according to The Beatles rock band, in the fade out of AYNIL Paul does say "Loved you yeah, yeah, yeah. She loves you yeah, yeah, yeah".

OfflineThese are my misheard lyrics:
1. In "Strawberry Fields Forever", I thought John sang "Living this easy way out clothes" instead of "Living is easy with eyes closed".
2. In "Lovely Rita", I thought to hear "Wake it's stark I told your heart to wait" instead of "When it gets dark I tow your heart away".
Then I don't remember right now what other lyrics I misheard. I think there are a few more, since my native language is not English.

Offline'…and when I awoke, I was alone, whispered the fool…'
I've been saying that line wrong for ages. It wasn't until I heard the Anthology version that I heard him say 'This bird has flown' and I said 'Oooohhhhhh….that's why that's in the title." The sad part is I still say the wrong lyric. I'm working on it lol
I didn't know they were saying 'Roll up' on MMT….I have no idea what I used to sing but roll up wasn't it!
