I also watched a documentary this afternoon that came along with Paul's album Chaos and Creation in the Backyard. It went through the recording process and it's complexities, as it was only Paul playing the majority of the instruments. The drums sound fine on the album, but you can tell he's a bit of an amateur on the skins- he doesn't have the natural talent Ringo possesses, IMHO.

Ringo drummed on "Why Don't We Do It In The Road?" and I don't think Wild Honey Pie even had drums. Also, you forgot Mother Nature's son.

Dear Prudence is a great drum track, but I still think Ringo could have done it better. Paul was a competent drummer, but I think Ringo is pretty underrated as a drummer. I mean he's not Keith Moon or John Bonham, but then again he wasn't trying to do the same thing as those guys. I don't know, Paul could do it but he certainly couldn't surpass Ringo.
