I love the intro to the song and the harmonies. I love the way how the 3 words of the title are distributed for each verse of the song "Here" … "There" and "Everywhere" and then it all comes together at the end… If John Lennon's words are to go by, I'd say it's one of the best. He said in his 1980 interview for Playboy that it is one of his favorites of all Beatles songs.
