It has already been stated before, but I feel it can not ber overstated
how awesome the I Want You (She's So Heavy) and Here Comes the Sun
Collaboration is. To me, the end of IWY(SSH) sounds like the theme song
to the end of the world, and then the beginning of Here Comes the Sun
sounds like the theme song for what I imagine a heaven would feel like.
So every time the two songs play, I die and go to heaven.
My thoughts exactly! And that concept is kind of similar to "The End" and "Her Majesty", I think.

Not really on-topic; but on the subject of good consecutive song-title pairings, it's hard to beat these:
"Another Girl"/"You're Going to Lose That Girl"
How 'bout "You're Going to Lose That Girl"/"Ticket to Ride?"
mr. Sun king coming together said And yes, YouTube comments are stupid. But hilariously so.

M3 – how've ya been? Long time no read.
I've been well.
(tears up because someone missed her)
Paulrus AND Zig… I feel so honored.

OfflineOk, it's time for one of those infamous "I can't believe nobody mentioned…".
But, seriously, I can't believe that nobody mentioned the unbeatable two-punch opening of
Drive my car/ Norwegian wood!!
Those two are totally inseperable for me.
As are Sgt Peppers Lonely Hearts CLub Band/With a little help from my friends.
Other great pairings (obviously only album followers):
Back in the USSR/Dear Prudence
Why don't we do it in the road/I will (the most versatile singer ever)
Getting better/Fixing a hole
You can't do that/I'll be back

Good choices Paulsbass. Actually my favorite 2 pairing is Come Together and Something. I also love Taxman and Eleanor Rigby.

Yeah, the Beatles always had great album openers, so I guess it was easy for the follow uppers to swing along…
Btw, I forgot my least favourite pair, which would be
You won't see me/Nowhere man – just tooooo many "uuhlalalas" for two songs.

OfflineAm I the only one who actually enjoys the pairing of "You Won't See Me"/ "Nowhere Man?"
I reeeeealy like "Nowhere Man"/"Think For Yourself."
Does the Abbey Road medley count?
