Yay or nay? As I mentioned in a different thread, I put it on repeat accidentally while reading some Paul biography and never really noticed, and before I knew it, I loved the song. Great to just zone out to, and relax. The subtle guitar parts I find really enjoyable.
Though I hear people say that they really don't like it.
Thoughts?

A very enjoyable tune, I think Flying is the only way to describe it, you can sort of drift with it. It's the Beatles tune that is most similar to what I listen to these days, so who knows, maybe Flying really inspired me?

Yeah that's a good way to put it. And with all the trilling and strange noise at the end, I can fall asleep to it very easily. It just floats. What sort of music are you listening to these days then?

No. While it was just a soundtrack piece, it just bores me silly. So I say no. I'd rather listen to Mister Moonlight than this.

Mostly instrumental funk stuff, so the lack of lyrics is what makes it most similar.

I like it. But if I've been listening to rocking music (She Said She Said, etc.) before and I want to sing along, I'll skip it.

I like it. Sometimes instrumentals (with a couples oohhs) are just needed. And it does give that aerial feeling. The song lives up to its name.

HAHA! OMG, I don't really like "Mister Moonlight" at times because John's vocals aren't so hot.
I like the song, though. Very calming, almost impromptu, like a jam session.

'Flying' was a filler for the 'Magical Mystery Tour' EP.
What I find interesting is they gave credit to all four Beatles for the first time.

It's not one of those tracks that I go out of my way to find, but when it comes up I really do enjoy it. I like the fact that all four voices are on this one.

Flying doesn't really fly with me, it's too boring for me probably although probably not because I listen to some songs that are boringer only also I believe it's the lack of words, but I can listen to songs without words or not much and I always feel like their gonna start singing before they do!
