Listen to John's rhythm guitar right at the start of the 2nd verse, his first chord is distorted like it was played througn a fuzzbox. When tuning his gutar he intentionally left the D flat so Aunt Mimi could tell which guitar was his. It is much more noticable in "Twist And Shout".
