Well it's a bit of trail and error. I have the stereo version on my iTunes and I looked up the mono on youtube. I'd play about 5 seconds into one of them and pause it. I then start the other one and try to un pause the other in time so that they play together. Sometimes I'm off by a milisecond and a quick pause and play gets them together. I was exactly the same with The White Album. When I first got it, I obsessed over the first disc and didn't really give the second disc a chance for ages. And Cry Baby Cry is stunning, I love John's softer singing voice. And Paul's ending just fits with the mood of the rest of the song so perfectly.

I love "Cry Baby Cry" too, it's absolutely gorgeous. The continuing references to the King of Marigold and such are really poetic. The tone is beautiful but almost creepy. "Faces out of nowhere", "seance in the dark." It's a hidden gem.

I LOVE that song! I was so disappointed when I found out it didn't come with Rock Band. The end is my favorite bit, too, even though it's considered a second song. I've actually played some mono and stereo versions of songs at the same time, but I can never get them in sync.
