FWIW I think it's brilliant. I can't really think of a better album opener from that time, apart from possibly PPM.

It's in no way one of the worst things they did, and the countdown is electrifying, but after that, something is just lacking. I think it's unpolished sound was intentional, but I would have preferred them to lose the raggedness of the recording.
