A few weeks ago I was teaching my cousin about Beatles songs. He then pipes up: "I heard Paul wrote one while he was at his breakfast table"

(He is 20 something.)

Anyway. Does anybody know what im talking about? If you know the answer please tell me because its really bugging me!

Thanks!

Anytime at all, all you gotta do is call, and I'll be there.

Yesterday came to him in a dream. He wrote Yellow Submarine in his bed… That's all I've got.

Ad hoc, ad loc, and quid pro quo! So little time! So much to know!

Not a bit like Cagney.

"Good Morning, Good Morning" was John, so that can't be it…

…unless the 20-something old is confused!

One day, a tape-op got a tape on backwards, he went to play it, and it was all "Neeeradno-undowarrroom" and it was "Wow! Sounds Indian!" -- Paul McCartney

Yesterday/Scrambled Eggs was my first thought, though that came to Paul in a dream (he says). http://www.beatlesbible.com/so…..yesterday/

Good Morning Good Morning and the Kellogg's breakfast jingle: http://www.beatlesbible.com/so…..d-morning/

Back In The USSR: http://www.beatlesbible.com/so…..-the-ussr/
Mike Love, Beach Boys: "I was sitting at the breakfast table and McCartney came down with his acoustic guitar and he was playing Back In The USSR, and I told him that what you ought to do is talk about the girls all around Russia, the Ukraine and Georgia. He was plenty creative not to need any lyrical help from me but I gave him the idea for that little section… I think it was light-hearted and humorous of them to do a take on the Beach Boys."

Those are the only song articles on this site that mention breakfast. If it's none of them I don't know.

Please don't spoil my day; I'm miles away
