Darn it, I got the word wrong… John still sings the low part on on “hiiiiide”. It's the “haaaaaaand” where he abnormally sings the high. a-hard-days-night-george-2 Woops a-hard-days-night-paul-11 But still, it's weird!

I'm in love, but I'm lazy.

Yes. I agree. Very much. MeanMrs.Mustard, you is not lying!

(MeanMrs.Mustard is being the scribe): Do I HAVE to type “is” instead of “are?”

Me: Yes. Yes you do.

I wouldn't be caught dead in them. They're dead grotty.

Does anyone know who sings Lucy In The Sky With Diamonds the first time in the chorus? It sounds like Paul, and John sort of greets him when he gets to the word diamonds.

It might be John at first and then he double tracks his vocal. I'm not sure.

Hmm, listening to it now I think you're right about that. We really need Paul to join the forum so we can get some answers.

Yes It Is has my favorite harmonies.

-Bob Dylan, Subterranean Homesick Blues

"We could ride and surf together while our love would grow"

-Brian Wilson, Surfer Girl

In the early years: This Boy . In the later years, Because

I've been up on the mountain, and I've seen his wondrous grace,
I've sat there on the barstool and I've looked him in the face.
He seemed a little haggard, but it did not slow him down,
he was humming to the neon of the universal sound.

Yes It Is and You’re Going To Lose That Girl are my favourites but Nowhere Man is really close.

Not once does the diversity seem forced -- the genius of the record is how the vaudevillian "When I'm 64" seems like a logical extension of "Within You Without You" and how it provides a gateway to the chiming guitars of "Lovely Rita. - Stephen T. Erlewine on Sgt Pepper's
