Obnoxiousness is in the ear of the be-hearer. If I'm trying to get to sleep at 3am, and my neighbours have their speakers up against my walls booming away, then that's DAMN obnoxious of them! Doesn't matter whether it's the Beatles, Beethoven or all the angels of heaven.

Actually if they were playing the Beatles I'd start singing. I wish my neighbors had my same musical tastes.

That being said, I'd say that Side 3 of the white album has the highest concentration of POTENTIAL obnoxiousness. "Birthday", "Yer Blues", "Monkey" and "Helter Skelter" make a pretty intimidating foursome.

I would never think of any beatles song as "raucous" or "obnoxious". The only Beatles song im not to fond of is Revolution 9. I think its interesting.
