OfflineSorry Strawberry have been around the net & in the Anthlogy book and the only place i can find which even has a pic of the mysterious cowboy is this site which has 2 colour pics which include the cowboy however his face is obscured by a light. He's wearing a kind of caramel colour suit (lighter shirt, darker trousers).
Someone must know who this guy is.

OfflineIsnt Tom Mix just behind by Paul in the b&w photo, his hat can be seen in the background, whilst the mysterious cowboy is at the side. From the list of who's who Tom is number 38 and is next to the waxwork beatles on the final cover.

OfflineI'm sure it's been asked before, but it still haunts me. The "cowboy" dressed all in white. Who is it? I just can't figure it out.

OfflineWhat is a files.mail.ru file? The normal online policy is not to open anything youre not sure off.
Im not suggesting that this file is wrong but an online search suggests mail. ru is a "spam haven" and should be "banned and blocked". Anyone any idea? Its like unmanned baggage in a train station.

OfflineThe 'mysterious cowboy' is actually a sculpture by Jann Haworth, the American first wife of Peter Blake who collaborated with him on the cover design for Sgt Pepper. It was made from calico – unbleached cotton, and was created in 1964. It is now in the collection of Pallant House Gallery in Chichester, UK (web: http://www.pallant.org.uk) which has one of the best collections of British Pop Art.
This summer the museum will be hosting a major exhibition 'Peter Blake and Pop Music' for the artist's 80th birthday which will feature the original collage for the inner sleeve of Sgt Pepper, and other related artefacts including the Snow White figure, and some of the cut-outs from the line-up. The exhibition also features Blake's iconic painting 'The 1962 Beatles' as well as original cover designs for Paul Weller, Oasis, Band Aid, and the 2012 Brit Award.
Why not ask Jann about it? http://www.jannhaworth.com/Pub…..ontact.htm
