I’m proud of this butchery creation.  You can’t perfect a masterpiece.  You can only make it more trendy.  🙂 🙂 🙂

Doesn’t making it trendy not just translate to awful and unlistenable? I hate to think what would happen to any of the Beatles music if it was remixed to be modernised. I still remember that ghastly abomination of a remix of ‘Love Me Do ‘ posted on this very forum that attempted to persuade us that it was official and used all the most up to date technology to bring the Beatles into to the present when all it was was a piece of shit designed to dupe everyone. Amusingly enough after everyone said it was crap we all got told off by the individual promoting it.

I don’t like how you renamed the songs. That actually really bothers me. Would these be remixes of the songs? Or are they the original ones?

I mean just think about it haha.

All titles are shortened to such terse levels except for one really long one at the end.

And you have titles like #FixingAHole, #WhenIm64, LOVELYRITA, goodmorning, SPLHCB 2.0, and Mr. Kiiittteee, made specifically for the Twitter generation.

This post was intended to be a joke lol (though i am a fan of the liverpool skyline)

And the movie (starring Justin Bieber, Justin Timberlake, Miley Cyrus and Shakira) would be titled…

** P*E*P*P*E*R **

… on Pepper Records

Do you know where I can find this, @meanmistermustard?

Who the hell does this, the titles are fine just the way they are (although I will admit it isn’t pleasant spelling out Sgt. Pepper ‘s Lonely Hearts Club Band (Reprise)), if an arthouse hipster did this, I think it would be crime, on par with using The Beatles music as a form of music torture.

Maybe you should try posting more.

Who the hell thought that was a good idea? I watched approximately six seconds before turning it off and I’m scarred for life. That’s almost as bad as the Harrisonette. a-hard-days-night-paul-3

W o w .

For some reason which I cannot quite put into words, I sat through the whole thing — much as one continues to watch a train wreck even though it is a terrible thing to behold. I couldn’t quite decided if it was so bad it as funny, or just bad.

Just bad. I can’t believe you watched the whole thing and survived, and I can’t decide what’s more cringe-worthy– the video or the “music.” I’m leaning towards the latter. blue-meanie

I was almost going to start a new thread when I came across this. After listening to George Martin reminiscing about all Beatles albums (sans Submarine) I was reminded how regretful he was that Penny Lane and Strawberry Fields were not included as was originally planned. Keeping with their value for money policy, after Epstein demanded a new killer single to halt a lull in Beatle popularity (see bigger than Jesus), both songs were subsequently scrubbed from inclusion. So for the purpose of this thread my track order including those would be as is with Penny Lane following With A Little Help and Strawberry opening side 2.

Unless Paul McCartney knocks on my door I am unlikely to be impressed.

It should’ve been a triple album, adding the tracks of MMT/YS to with a bonus “freak out” disc featuring “Carnival Of Light ” and the June 1 studio jam blue-meanie
